📋 Description

• Lead store operations to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate work and give feedback.
• Manage inventory processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, floor replenishment, and stockroom standards.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and ensure strong partner relationships.
• Directly supervise Operations Associates and support staff development.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric retail or operations role.
• Proven leadership with strong decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs.
• Values feedback, eager to develop both individually and as a team.
• Leads by example and aligns with guiding principles.
