📋 Description

• Lead a key delivery team within a large-scale data migration and digital transformation programme.
• Own team scope, priorities, resources, timelines, and performance to align with programme
• Coordinate dependencies across business, IT, data, and other project functions to resolve delivery
• Ensure outputs are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Operate in an international, remote environment with clear communication and accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as IT Team Lead or comparable leadership role in IT delivery.
• Strong experience leading IT teams within complex transformation or enterprise-scale programmes.
• Ability to manage scope, milestones, resources, deliverables, and competing priorities.
• Excellent planning, delivery management, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, team capacity, and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of governance, KPIs, risk/issue management, and dependency tracking.
