🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and leading technical engineering teams, with a demonstrated
• 5+ years of experience developing software applications or leading teams working with microservice
• Strong hands-on software engineering background with solid fundamentals in backend system design
• Strong preference for experience with Rust, combined with the ability and willingness to learn
• Experience leading engineering teams within agile, cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Apache Flink, RabbitMQ, and HashiCorp Vault is valuable.
