Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead the strategic development and evolution of Medical Information across the pipeline.
- Develop and execute strategy, operating model, governance, and service delivery with external
- Build scalable capabilities in processes, content management, SOPs, and workflows.
- Oversee creation, scientific review, and lifecycle management of Medical Information content.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, Evidence Generation, Publications, and
- Establish governance aligned with regulations and internal requirements.
🎯 Requirements
- Advanced scientific or medical degree such as PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry.
- At least 6 years in Medical Information/Medical Affairs/Medical Communications or related field.
- At least 4 years of people leadership/management experience.
- Experience building/leading Medical Information capabilities spanning strategy, operations
- Experience in neuroscience/psychiatry/CNS or specialty therapeutics preferred.
