📋 Description

• Lead development of ML and statistical models for clients
• Design optimization and simulation solutions under constraints
• Work on Big Data and unstructured data processing
• Develop offers, proposals and identify new opportunities
• Manage end-to-end projects and client relationships
• Mentor juniors and supervise deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Master or PhD in a quantitative field; 3+ years experience
• Strong statistics and quantitative analysis
• Python mastery; scripting languages (R, Matlab, JS, Bash) or compiled (C++, Java); UNIX/Linux
• Interest in data and AI; quick to build expertise
• Team player with analytical mindset; values like excellence and balance
• Professional Dutch and English essential; German a plus
