📋 Description

• Source product through prospecting new suppliers and managing existing supplier relationships.
• Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
• Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them to determine product
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for suppliers and equipment.
• Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
• Collaborate with Account Executive team through proprietary ERP system, keeping detailed notes to

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in the manufacturing industry preferably in the
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel).
• Good Communication, negotiation, problem solving and sourcing skills.
