📋 Description

• Develop, standardize, implement, and improve global project planning methods, processes, tools, and
• Support regional project teams during tender and early project phases with realistic baselines.
• Review schedules for feasibility, quality, and risks.
• Conduct planning quality assessments and regional project reviews to strengthen reliability.
• Train and coach regional schedulers on systems, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ensure qualification and availability of scheduling resources globally.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technical discipline, engineering, project management, or related field.
• 10+ years in project scheduling with strong expertise in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Extensive knowledge of international project execution and scheduling practices in power
• Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or leading project planning/scheduling teams.
• Strong understanding of planning methodologies, scheduling standards, baseline development, risk
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking; strong problem-solving for planning challenges.
