📋 Description

• Study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements
• Interpret specs to workers and assign duties
• Adjust work procedures to meet schedules
• Suggest improvements to methods, equipment, quality
• Increase efficiency with better conditions and tools
• Analyze and solve problems with workers

🎯 Requirements

• Must pass pre-employment screening
• Leadership experience
• Stand, lift, bend, kneel, twist for 8 hours
• Overtime on weekends when needed
• Willing to work hard and get dirty
• Basic computer/math skills
