📋 Description

• Manage full shipment planning and bookings from forecasting to SO release.
• Coordinate with Account Management, Procurement, Allocation & Yield, and carrier offices to
• Maintain space visibility across Flexport systems and sailing schedules.
• Drive optimal space utilization while complying with carrier allocation rules and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5–7 years of experience in freight forwarding, ocean carrier operations, or logistics planning
• Proven track record with carrier offices or in a carrier customer service role
• Strong understanding of TPEB tradelanes, allocation cycles, and equipment control
• Excellent communication in Thai and English
• Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, highly organized
