ML Research Engineer / Scientist

📋 Description

• Design, develop, train, and evaluate ML models for interpreting CT studies.
• Research foundation-model approaches for medical imaging at large scale.
• Develop vision-language models linking images with radiology terminology.
• Identify and prioritize multiple urgent findings with safe operating points.
• Run independent experiments from hypothesis to production-ready results.
• Create custom architectures, training pipelines, loss functions, and distributed training.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ML/DL experience, especially PyTorch for custom models and experimentation.
• Deep understanding of why models and training strategies work.
• Ability to design experiments, interpret results, and iterate.
• Rigorous experimentation, evaluation, reproducibility, and validation.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training is valuable.
• Interest in solving technically challenging, clinically impactful problems.
