📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Commercial IT team throughout data migration and transformation
• Define scope, objectives, responsibilities, and deliverables for the team
• Translate milestones into team deadlines, plans, and priorities
• Assign, coordinate, and track work; manage capacity and resources
• Monitor progress; ensure outputs meet scope, timelines, budget, and quality
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain alignment across functions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven IT Team Lead or equivalent leadership experience
• Experience leading teams in complex transformation programmes
• Strong planning, delivery management, and budgeting skills
• Governance, KPI, risk and dependency management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior/executive exposure
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment
