🎯 Requirements

• Proven IT Team Lead or comparable leadership in complex transformation programmes.
• Experience leading IT teams in enterprise-scale programmes.
• Strong ability to manage scope, milestones, resources, and competing priorities.
• Project planning, delivery management, budgeting, governance, KPI and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including senior/executive engagement.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and work remotely in international environments.
