🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year IT Help Desk or similar IT support experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with data analytics and business apps (Jotform, Airtable, Zapier, HubSpot, Asana, Google
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CMS (WordPress) a plus
- Knowledge of security tools (antivirus, firewalls, 2FA, password managers)
