📋 Description

• Lead software implementation projects for mid-market manufacturing and distribution clients in
• Own project schedules, milestones, delivery coordination, and client relationships from initiation
• Collaborate across U.S. and international delivery teams to align scope and timelines.
• Identify risks early, manage scope changes, and keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Balance billable delivery with high-quality client service and utilization goals.
• Travel to client sites across North America as required.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing software implementation projects for external clients.
• Experience with multi-site, phased, or complex software rollouts.
• Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in a billable professional services environment with a utilization target.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and risk-management abilities.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
