ML Research Engineer / Scientist

📋 Description

• Design, develop, train, and evaluate ML models for interpreting CT studies at study level
• Research foundation-model approaches for medical imaging at large scale
• Develop vision-language models linking medical images to radiology terminology
• Identify and prioritize multiple urgent findings with safe operating points
• Run independent experiments from hypothesis to deployment readiness
• Create custom architectures, training pipelines, losses, and distributed training

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ML/DL experience, especially PyTorch for custom architectures and experiments
• Deep understanding of why architectures and optimization work
• Ability to form hypotheses, design experiments, interpret results
• Rigorous experimentation, evaluation, reproducibility, and validation
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training
• Interest in problems with real-world impact on model reliability
