Multi-Tenant Data Center (MTDC) Project Management Manager

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of the project management
• Lead program leaders, project managers, and data center site representatives, creating clear
• Drive achievement of annual revenue targets, profitability objectives, and broader financial
• Partner with field sales and sales leadership to support revenue growth, market share expansion
• Work with senior data center leadership to establish and execute strategic plans for MTDC and
• Collaborate with project controls, field project engineering, manufacturing divisions, engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in capital project program management, field sales, marketing, or
• Minimum 5 years of direct data center market experience.
• A valid driver's license.
• Experience in electrical industry, major project construction, data centers or related infra
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.

🎁 Benefits

• Target total compensation range of $187,500–$275,000, including base pay and target sales incentive.
