📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Commercial IT team throughout the data migration and digital transformation
• Define the team’s scope, objectives, responsibilities, and key deliverables in alignment with
• Translate programme milestones into team-level deadlines, delivery plans, and actionable priorities.
• Assign, coordinate, and track work across team members while managing capacity, priorities, and
• Monitor delivery progress and ensure outputs remain aligned with scope, timelines, budget, and

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Team Lead or comparable leadership role in delivery within complex
• Strong experience leading IT teams and coordinating across multi-functional, international
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, milestones, resources, deliverables, and competing priorities.
• Strong project planning, delivery management, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, project costs, team capacity, and resource allocation.
• Solid understanding of governance, KPIs, risk management, issue management, and dependency tracking.
