🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as IT Team Lead or similar leadership role in commercial IT/enterprise programmes.
• Strong experience leading IT teams within complex transformations.
• Ability to manage scope, milestones, resources, and priorities.
• Strong planning, delivery management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with budgets, costs, capacity, and resource allocation.
• Understanding of governance, KPIs, risk and issue management, and dependency tracking.
