📋 Description

• Own EMEA hub logistics and fulfilment performance across NL, UK, ZA
• Oversee intake, QC, shipping, returns at NL hub
• Set SLAs and ways of working for NL, UK, ZA hubs
• Lead cross-hub collaboration with suppliers, carriers, and teams
• Drive data-driven improvements to boost throughput and accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in operations, fulfilment, or logistics
• 10+ years leading teams
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and SQL
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with AI tools in day-to-day workflows
• Strong communication and organizational leadership
