📋 Description

• Develop and execute a clear operational strategy, operating model, and annual plan aligned with
• Lead end-to-end operational performance improvement, including capacity planning, process
• Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners to achieve performance targets, maintain service
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology to resolve
• Establish meaningful KPIs and structured operating cadences, using performance data to identify

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including demonstrated experience managing managers
• Proven background in operational excellence, continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable
• Experience with multi-site or distributed performance management and the ability to coordinate
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategy, translate strategic objectives into execution plans, and
• Strong experience managing budgets, vendors, external partners, KPIs, and structured operating
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining operational
