• Lead licensing with NBK and AFSA, incl. applications and dialogue
• Build local licensed business with governance, staffing, controls
• Represent Binance to NBK, AFSA/AIFC, and authorities
• Lead government relations and policy engagement
• Oversee compliance, AML/CFT, risk management from day one
• Ensure sound day-to-day operations and audits

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in payments/banking/fintech with regulatory focus
• Proven NBK licences experience; knowledge of Kazakh framework
• Strong regulator/government stakeholder relationships
• Experience building regulated financial entities
• Expertise in compliance, AML/CFT, risk management
• Experience with regulatory reporting and audits
