📋 Description
- Lead TANF Program TA engagement with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and
- Serve as primary client liaison with COR and project officers; lead kickoff, status, and
- Coordinate a seven-member interdisciplinary team; balance workloads and ensure timely, quality
- Oversee invoicing, LOE tracking, and monthly progress/financial reporting.
- Ensure products reflect current TANF policy and relevant research on marriage, family structure
- Manage subcontractors, consultants, and state/ grantee partners; proactively escalate risks.
🎯 Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing federal or state human-services contracts (TA, research, or
- Working knowledge of TANF program, its four purposes, block-grant structure, and state admin.
- Familiarity with research on marriage, poverty reduction, and economic mobility.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex products on schedule and within
- Excellent client-facing communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Working knowledge of federal deliverables, accessibility (Section 508), and reporting requirements.
