Junior Excess Buyer

📋 Description

• Entry point into the Excess career path in APAC market
• Identify OEM, EMS, ODM, OCM and Tier supplier accounts with excess inventory
• Build supplier and customer universe and advance procurement opportunities
• Maintain accurate activity in CRM and coordinate with Sales
• Support database cleanup and data quality in records
• Collaborate with Excess team to learn and grow into an Excess Buyer role

🎯 Requirements

• Entry-level commercial, procurement, sales development or customer-facing experience preferred
• Comfort with cold outreach and handling rejection
• Strong communication with procurement, supply chain, inventory and operations contacts
• Attention to detail and clean CRM practices
• Basic Microsoft Excel/spreadsheet skills and willingness to learn data structures
• Ability to follow account ownership, handover and escalation procedures
