📋 Description

• Own NAM and EMEA pipeline with P&L accountability
• Lead ABM operating rhythm across four field marketers
• Oversee NAM/EMEA territory coverage models
• Manage Global Events and field-led events strategy
• Represent field marketing in ICP alignment with CRO and AVPs
• Drive AI-native, forecast/briefing automation in workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in B2B enterprise field marketing with pipeline accountability
• Experience managing a team of five+ direct reports
• Partnered with AVP-level sales leaders; forecast calls, QBRs
• Proficient with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $168,000 - $210,000 per year
