🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as IT Team Lead or similar leadership role in IT delivery.
• Experience leading IT teams in complex transformation or enterprise-scale programmes.
• Strong skills in scope/milestones planning, resource allocation, and KPI governance.
• Budgets, project costs, and cross-functional stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication, ability to present to senior stakeholders, and remote collaboration.
• Experience with data migration programmes is highly desirable; SAP/S/4HANA exposure is a plus.
