Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead IT business analysis for reconciliation ecosystem within an international, offshore/onshore
• Engage with senior stakeholders; manage requirements and translate to user stories; oversee UAT
• Drive end-to-end value change, project scoping, timelines, and delivery in a globally distributed
• Collaborate with sponsors, operations, and delivery teams; ensure alignment with business
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to BA practices and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years IT BA experience, Banking/Financial domain, reconciliation background.
• Experience with reconciliation tools (e.g., IntelliMatch, Duco, Gresham, TLM).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Oracle DB schemas, and data analysis; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management in an international environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business; CSPO/PMP/AWS certifications are a plus.
