📋 Description
- Design, develop, train, and evaluate ML models for interpreting complete CT studies at the study
- Research foundation-model approaches for medical imaging (3D/volumetric learning at scale).
- Develop vision-language models connecting medical images with radiology terminology and reports.
- Identify and prioritize multiple urgent clinical findings with safe operating points.
- Design independent experiments from hypothesis to training, evaluation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with ML and software teams to deploy research into robust systems.
🎯 Requirements
- Strong practical experience with modern ML/DL, especially PyTorch for custom architectures and
- Deep understanding of why architectures/objectives/training strategies work, beyond existing code.
- Ability to formulate hypotheses, design experiments, interpret results, and iterate.
- Experience with rigorous experimentation, evaluation, reproducibility, and model validation.
- Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training is highly valuable.
- Willingness to learn clinical concepts from radiology experts; medical-AI background is a plus.
