Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead and support workers' compensation claims staff to achieve quality, productivity, service, and
- Provide technical and jurisdictional guidance on complex claims, including compensability
- Monitor adherence to workers' compensation laws and reporting requirements.
- Coach and develop team members; oversee recruitment, onboarding, and proficiency in required
- Collaborate with management on staffing, performance, and merit-based actions.
- Engage with clients and employees to evaluate requests and resolve claims-related issues.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of workers' compensation claims handling experience.
- Current workers' compensation claims license or equivalent certification; state licensure as
- Strong claims administration, case management, and cost-containment knowledge.
- Proven ability to guide and develop team members; strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.
