Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the design, development and architecture of the UK-hosted infrastructure used across internal
• Build and deploy products into cloud, on-premise and air-gapped environments using infrastructure
• Host UK securely approved AI models for use in secure programmes
• Improve developer effectiveness by removing friction and building tooling
• Own CI/CD systems and deployment strategies; wire up Hardware in the Loop (HiL) integration
• Debug and profile edge cases in distributed systems; lead responses when something breaks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/related engineering field
• 5+ years of hands-on infra experience for a production software product
• Deep experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker; containerised microservices
• Scripting (Python, Bash, etc.) and Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL)
