📋 Description

• Provide strategic architectural leadership for Databricks adoption and data modernization.
• Define scalable, secure data/analytics architectures aligned with business and AI goals.
• Establish governance, patterns, and best practices for Databricks implementations.
• Guide Data Engineering on architecture, scalability, security, and decisions.
• Assess SQL Server/Microsoft environments and plan migrations to Databricks.
• Design target-state architectures for analytics, BI, AI, and ML use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Solution/Enterprise/Data Architecture or related senior roles.
• Hands-on Databricks design/implementation in enterprise settings.
• Deep knowledge of Data Lakehouse and cloud data ecosystems.
• Strong governance, security, compliance, and risk management knowledge.
• Experience delivering large-scale data modernization and cloud migration.
• Azure Data Services experience (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Server) valuable.
