Commercial IT Team Lead – Data Migration

📋 Description

• Lead a key delivery team within a large-scale data migration and digital transformation programme.
• Own the team’s scope, priorities, resources, timelines, and performance.
• Coordinate complex dependencies across business, IT, data, and other project functions.
• Ensure outputs are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Operate in an international, remote environment with clear communication and accountability.
• Support complex transformation initiatives involving data, technology, and business operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven IT Team Lead or equivalent leadership experience in transformation programmes.
• Experience leading IT teams in enterprise-scale programmes with budget and resource management.
• Strong planning, delivery management, governance, risk and dependency tracking skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including senior/executive interactions.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and work in a remote, international setting (CET time
• Experience with data migration programmes is highly desirable; SAP/S4HANA exposure a plus.
