📋 Description
- Design, develop, train, and evaluate ML models for interpreting CT studies at the study level.
- Research foundation-model approaches for medical imaging (3D/volumetric learning at scale).
- Develop vision-language models connecting medical images with radiology terminology and reporting
- Identify and prioritize multiple urgent clinical findings with safe operating points.
- Run independent experiments from hypothesis to training, evaluation, and analysis.
- Create custom architectures, training pipelines, loss functions, and distributed training
🎯 Requirements
- Strong practical experience with modern ML/deep learning, especially PyTorch for custom
- Deep understanding of why architectures, objectives, optimization, and training work (beyond
- Ability to formulate hypotheses, design experiments, interpret results, and iterate toward better
- Rigorous experimentation, evaluation, reproducibility, and model validation expertise.
- Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training is valuable.
- Interest in solving technically challenging problems with real-world impact.
