ML Research Engineer / Scientist

📋 Description

• Design, develop, train, and evaluate ML models for interpreting CT studies at the study level.
• Research foundation-model approaches for medical imaging (3D and volumetric learning at scale).
• Develop vision-language models linking medical images with radiology terminology and reporting.
• Build models prioritizing multiple urgent findings with safe operating points.
• Design and execute end-to-end experiments from hypothesis to production readiness.
• Develop custom architectures, training pipelines, losses, and distributed training techniques.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong practical experience with ML/DL, particularly using PyTorch for custom architectures and
• Deep understanding of why architectures, objectives, optimization, and training approaches work.
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and iterate toward better models.
• Rigorous experimentation, evaluation, reproducibility, and model validation expertise.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training.
• Interest in solving technically challenging problems with real-world impact.
