Chief of Staff (to President APAC Sales)

📋 Description

• Partner with the President to define, prioritise, and drive the APAC Sales agenda
• Translate strategy into executable plans across cross-functional teams
• Coordinate priority programs and move them from concept to outcome
• Support new market entry and geographic expansion in APAC
• Build and accelerate strategic partnerships across Sales, Alliances, and GTM

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision making
• 10+ years in field sales, GTM strategy, sales ops, or Chief of Staff
• Proven track record with senior exec stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Cross-functional program delivery from ambiguity to measurable outcomes
• Deep APAC market experience, GTM, partner ecosystems, and cultural nuance
• Prior exposure to customer-facing GTM work preferred
