- Fully remote opportunity to bring AI-powered automation to large-scale industrial and data center
- Configure, deploy, and optimize intelligent control solutions using HVAC and controls expertise.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex facility requirements into production-ready
- Commission systems, troubleshoot deployments, and improve performance.
- Contribute as a technical SME, supporting success, product initiatives, and selective commercial
- Approximately 25% travel with ownership to shape AI applications in controls.
🎯 Requirements
- Controls engineering experience: 5–10 years in controls engineer, controls programmer, or
- HVAC and data center expertise: chiller plant fundamentals, sequences of operation, air-side and DX
- Thermodynamics knowledge applied to cooling and refrigeration systems.
- Industrial controls experience with BACnet and Modbus.
- Controls programming: PLCs, ladder logic, text-based or block programming.
- AI and Python capabilities; ability to read/write Python scripts with AI/ML interest in controls.
