🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technical field.
• 10+ years in project scheduling; Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of international scheduling across power/engineering sectors.
• Experience training/coaching project planning teams.
• Analytical, strategic thinking; risk identification and action translating.
• Excellent communication; leadership without direct authority.
