Solution Engineer

📋 Description

• Act as technical lead throughout the sales cycle with Account Managers.
• Consult customers on how AvePoint solutions meet their needs.
• Develop and configure demo and PoC environments.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses with business value and technical capability.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and support partner/marketing activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies (SharePoint Online) and Azure; knowledge of identity
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value; strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; other European languages advantageous but not required.
• Familiarity with networking basics and cloud/hybrid environments is beneficial.
