Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Install, commission, and maintain TOMRA sorting machines at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electromechanical issues, minimizing downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Support customers with training and best practices for daily operation.
• Document service activities and provide feedback to internal teams for improvement.
• Collaborate with service, engineering, and sales teams to deliver a quality customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical education or proven practical field service experience.
• EFK (Elektrofachkraft) and AuS qualifications are mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years in Field Service Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical systems (pneumatics, hydraulics, rotating equipment).
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and controls recommended.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages an advantage.
