🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional product design, consumer focus.
• Proven growth-design impact on activation, retention, monetization, etc.
• Genuine interest in iGaming (casino, sportsbook, poker).
• Strong knowledge of behavioral psychology concepts and practical use.
• Experience building with AI, prototypes, or workflows by yourself.
• Exceptional visual/interactions with Figma and modern prototyping.
