📋 Description

• Own the team’s scope, priorities, resources, timelines, and performance.
• Coordinate complex dependencies across business, IT, data, and project functions.
• Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
• Operate in an international, remote environment with clear communication and accountability.
• Support the delivery of high-impact transformation outputs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Team Lead, IT Delivery Lead, IT Project Lead, Commercial IT Lead, or
• Strong experience leading IT teams in complex transformation/enterprise programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, milestones, resources, and competing priorities.
• Strong project planning, delivery management, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, costs, capacity, and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of governance, KPIs, risk/issue management, and dependency tracking.
