ML Research Engineer / Scientist

📋 Description

• Design, develop, train, and evaluate ML models for interpreting CT studies at the study level.
• Research foundation-model approaches for medical imaging (3D, volumetric learning).
• Develop vision-language models linking medical images with radiology terminology and reports.
• Identify and prioritize multiple urgent clinical findings with safe operating points.
• Design independent experiments from hypothesis to production-ready results.
• Develop custom architectures, training pipelines, loss functions, and distributed training.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong practical experience with modern ML and DL, especially PyTorch for custom architectures and
• Deep understanding of why architectures, objectives, optimization, and training strategies work.
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and iterate toward better models.
• Rigorous experimentation, evaluation, reproducibility, and model validation.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training is valuable.
• Interest in solving technically challenging problems with real-world impact.
