📋 Description
- Build, analyze, and monitor Power BI dashboards for data ingestion and validation
- Use SQL for data queries and data integrity checks
- Monitor applications for the ANZ team from an App Support perspective
- Track email alerts for file processing and data integrity discrepancies
- Contribute to SOPs for Finance & Payment Operations
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform incident/root-cause analysis
🎯 Requirements
- 2-4 years in Application Support with DB monitoring; payments industry a plus
- Strong communication and business/technical understanding
- Experience with REST APIs
- Experience with Postman, SOAPUI
- Strong T-SQL skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; ability to manage priorities
