Senior Solutions Architect (Databricks Specialist)

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership for Databricks adoption and data modernization.
• Define scalable, secure data and analytics architectures aligned with business and AI objectives.
• Establish governance models, standards, patterns, and best practices for Databricks.
• Mentor Data Engineering teams on architecture, scalability, security, governance, and
• Lead migration from SQL Server/Microsoft data environments to Databricks.
• Design target-state architectures for analytics, AI, and ML use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, or
• Extensive hands-on experience designing and optimizing Databricks solutions in enterprise
• Deep knowledge of modern enterprise data platforms, Data Lakehouse architectures, and cloud
• Strong understanding of governance, security, compliance, data management, and risk frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, SQL Server).
• Ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders; excellent communication skills.
