📋 Description
- Lead clinical development strategy and create comprehensive plans for partnership programs
- Provide senior clinical and scientific leadership to ensure studies are planned, executed, and
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support seamless implementation and high-quality delivery of
- Offer scientific input in investigator, vendor, CRO, and external partner selection.
- Provide ongoing medical guidance during trial conduct and serve as escalation point for
- Review and communicate trial data for internal decisions and external presentations.
🎯 Requirements
- MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 6 years in clinical development, with 5+ years in oncology; 10+ years preferred.
- Deep knowledge of oncology, solid tumors, and immuno-oncology highly desirable.
- Experience developing strategies across global programs and regulatory submissions.
- Strong experience in cross-functional global environments with CROs, investigators, and regulators.
- Proven ability to translate clinical data into development strategy and business recommendations.
