Project Manager / PMO – ERP Transformation Program (Oracle Fusion Cloud)

📋 Description

• Ongoing progress tracking across streams; manage milestones, deliverables, dependencies; maintain
• Capacity planning; forecast workload, availability of IT teams and integrator; anticipate peak
• KPIs and reporting; define executive metrics, dashboards, governance materials.
• Defect management; consolidate defects in JIRA, triage, prioritize, assign, monitor metrics.
• Risks and alerts; maintain risk register and action plans, monitor execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in operational delivery of IT programs or PMO, ERP domain preferred (Oracle
• Strong understanding of ERP testing cycles (SIT, UAT, cutover) and testing coordination across
• Hands-on experience building and managing capacity/workload plans.
• Proven ability to define KPIs, build reports, and prepare governance decks.
• Advanced proficiency in JIRA and Microsoft Excel; Power BI knowledge desirable.
• Strong risk management, analytical and autonomous working style.
