📋 Description

• Build and evolve production AI agents on foundation models (Bedrock).
• Develop orchestration for production AI agents.
• Apply context engineering to LLM and agent systems.
• Build and maintain evaluation datasets and pipelines.
• Build observability and monitoring for LLM/agent systems.
• Implement tracing and instrumentation for production LLMs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years building production LLM agents (tool-calling, streaming, context, orchestration).
• Production experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar orchestration.
• 1.5+ years evaluation-driven development (datasets, tool selection, trajectory eval, LLM-as-judge).
• 1+ year LLM observability/tracing with Langfuse/OpenTelemetry.
• 1+ year experience with LLM cost optimization (prompt caching, routing, FinOps).
• 5+ years backend engineering (TypeScript/Node, Postgres, serverless AWS).

Nice to Have

• 1+ year AWS Bedrock experience or other foundation-model providers.
• 1+ year AI safety/guardrails (prompt-injection screening, output validation).
• 6+ months MCP/multi-agent patterns familiarity.
• Geospatial data familiarity.
