📋 Description

• Lead demand planning, forecasting, inventory strategy, and S&OP framework.
• Develop and execute strategy for logistics, repair, inventory, and distribution networks.
• Establish capacity models to optimize resource use while meeting service levels.
• Oversee inventory levels across regions and depots for profitability.
• Drive cross-functional continuous improvement and performance analyses.
• Mentor a team of directors and managers across planning, analytics, procurement, and order

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain/logistics/operations; 3+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory planning, and S&OP.
• Experience with reverse logistics and mobile/connected-device operations.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, Great Plains, etc.) and advanced Excel.
• Analytical, strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
