Growth & Partnerships Manager - Staking Products

📋 Description

• Drive growth across the full staking portfolio — Staking, LST, and On-chain Yields; grow TVL
• Participate in product operations and iteration — monitor user feedback and protocol performance
• Design and execute campaigns — work with the Earn team and internal partners to design
• Build and maintain partnerships — establish long-term relationships with DeFi, L1/L2, LST, RWA
• Lead cross-team collaboration — coordinate Product, Marketing, and Risk to ensure end-to-end

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of product operations and growth experience in CEX / DeFi / yield products.
• Solid understanding of DeFi and CEX products — able to independently evaluate yield sources and
• Demonstrated Product Owner mindset — able to assess product value, with clear thinking on product
• Proven ability to drive partnerships from 0 → 1: from opportunity identification, proposal design
