- Own day-to-day EUC operations for the site or country
- Manage vendor escalations and ensure timely actions
- Create and improve SOPs, user guides, and knowledge content
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and improve end-user services
- Support asset management, automation, reporting, and process standardisation
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in IT ops, service desk, or related field
- Ability to manage tasks and projects end-to-end
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder mgmt
- Experience with ITSM, asset mgmt, endpoint tools, cloud apps, or workplace platforms (Google
- Comfortable in fast-paced env with process improvement, automation, dashboards, AI-assisted support
