ML Research Engineer / Scientist

📋 Description

• Design, develop, train, and evaluate ML models for interpreting CT studies at the study level
• Research foundation-model approaches for medical imaging (3D, volumetric learning)
• Develop vision-language models connecting medical images with radiology reporting
• Identify and prioritize multiple urgent clinical findings with safe operating points
• Design experiments end to end: hypothesis, architecture, training, evaluation, analysis
• Develop custom architectures, training pipelines, loss functions, and distributed training

🎯 Requirements

• Strong practical experience with modern ML/DL, especially PyTorch for custom architectures and
• Deep understanding of why architectures, objectives, optimization, and training approaches work
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, design experiments, interpret results, iterate toward better models
• Rigorous experimentation, evaluation, reproducibility, and model validation
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training
• Interest in solving technically challenging problems with real-world impact
